Squats are one of my favorite moves to get that booty to grow!! #gains
One thing to remember is form! If your form isn't right then the exercise will not be as effective! For squats: legs should width apart, butt sticking out and back, and your weight as you push through should be at your heels! Also do not buckle your knees inward! That can cause major injury and again not as effective! Here is a pic of me mid back squat :)
