Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! Our family tradition is to open gifts after sleeping till like 11am (so Ya know we are all rested... Eventually we get the gifts hahaha), make muffins or cinnamon rolls.. Watch TV and play with new gadgets.. Make some munchies... Figure out nothing fits that we bought eachother (typical) then go out to dinner at the Casino buffets! My mother can't cook.. And we all like different meats so going to the buffet means good food and getting exactly what we want :)

Now onto the lesson of the day...
This situation people is exactly what I deal with on a regular basis... Society trying to make others feel bad for what they eat or how they exercise.....
Exhibit A: Was standing in the Sauna and over heard a lady "man after yesterday I'm only gunna be eating carrots and raw veggies for a while... I won't eat sweets ever till I reach my goal"... I chime in with "Ya know I'm gunna go enjoy some of a chocolate cookie because you said that and I got 2 new PRs and feel like eating some sweets..."... She respond well you can because your tiny,skinny, and probably should eat bad food to thicken up a bit honey" I was in utter disbelief! First off lady I might be tiny but I'm pretty sure I just lifted 1.5times my body weight... Second I no longer feel the need to deprive myself if I want something! If I want candy or a pop tart or cake damn it I'll eat it... If I want a salad I'll eat it! Third.. I don't want to be scrawny and skinny... I want to be strong and healthy and that's why I work my ass of in the gym to make them gains and eat 💪💪💪 so lady don't judge others with your ignorance!! UGH!
Lesson: eat a balanced diet, exercise appropriately, and enjoy life without judging others for their lifestyle choices
