PROTEIN "Cinnabon" Cinnamon Rolls Servings 12---BUT YOU CAN EAT ALL 12! Dough Ingredients: 28g (almost 1 full scoop) Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein Powder 1/4 C Milk (I used unsweetened Almond Milk) 10.5 TBSP Liquid Egg Whites (161g) 28g Vanilla Greek Yogurt (about 1.5 TBSP) 1/8tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Cinnamon (YESSS BRING ON ALL THE CINNAMON) 2 Packets Stevia Filling Ingredients: 4 TBSP Sugar Free Syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 Packet Stevia "Frosting" Ingredients: 1TBSP (18g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1/8 tsp Vanila Extract 1/2 Packet Stevia 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1.5 TBSP Water | MACROS!!! DIRECTIONS:
Blend all dough ingredients together (IT WILL BE WATERY)
In a large non stick sprayed skillet pan on LOW heat, pour all batter into skillet (LIKE A GIANT PANCAKE)
COVER with a lid or another pan (as shown)---------------->
Cook until you can easily take off pan and "Pancake" is rollable... about 5-7 minutes
***check after 5 minutes to ensure not over cooked but top can't be liquidy!***
Take off pan and place on a flat surface.
Coat "Pancake" with the cinnamon/syrup filling.
Roll "hot dog" style and cut into 12 "Rolls"
Bake at 350 for 15 mins. THEN take out... flip all of them over.... and BAKE AGAIN for 10 minutes!
Top with "frosting" which is all the "frosting ingredients" just mixed together!
SERVE by faceplanting the fact that you get 12 Cinnamon rolls ALL TO YOURSELF!!! :)
