HOLY HEAVEN ON EARTH! I have perfected my healthy cinnamon roll recipe!!!! NO GUILT AT ALL ON THESE BABIES! You can eat all 12 by yourself and STILL have wayyyy better macros than 2 regular cinnamon rolls made from pre-packaged cinnamon rolls like Pillsbury. 2 "Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls with Cinnabon Cinnamon and icing" of those will give you: 280 calories--10gF, 46gC, and 4gP. NOT ANYMORE! With my Protein Cinnamon rolls you can eat 12 (YES 12!) with icing for 240 calories, 2gF, 19gC, and 42gP!!!! THATS INSANE! WOOOOOOO! Get on these now! You won't be dissapointed!
DIRECTIONS: Blend all dough ingredients together (IT WILL BE WATERY) In a large non stick sprayed skillet pan on LOW heat, pour all batter into skillet (LIKE A GIANT PANCAKE) COVER with a lid or another pan (as shown)----------------> Cook until you can easily take off pan and "Pancake" is rollable... about 5-7 minutes ***check after 5 minutes to ensure not over cooked but top can't be liquidy!*** Take off pan and place on a flat surface. Coat "Pancake" with the cinnamon/syrup filling. Roll "hot dog" style and cut into 12 "Rolls" Bake at 350 for 15 mins. THEN take out... flip all of them over.... and BAKE AGAIN for 10 minutes!
Top with "frosting" which is all the "frosting ingredients" just mixed together! SERVE by faceplanting the fact that you get 12 Cinnamon rolls ALL TO YOURSELF!!! :) Are you really surprised that its another Ebleskiver recipe???? From Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte, to cookies and pie, coffee creamers, bagels, bread, peanut butter, candy, cereals...you name it right now there is probably a pumpkin version! As most of you know... my love for Quest Nutrition is.. well an addiction! I have a slight need to have one everyday...luckily they have so many flavors and the possibilities are endless with different toppings and recipes you can do with the bars... I NEVER HAVE ONE PLAIN! hahaha! I am also a campus ambassador at NYU for the company and I hold demo booths in order to spread the word and get students to try Quest Bars! Anyway... NOW Quest has done it again by introducing Quest Protein Powder!!!! Each scoop (30g) has between 100-110 calories and 23g of protein!!! BUT, what makes Quest Protein Powder different is that it is made with natural ingredients just like their bars! The first flavors to come out are Peanut Butter, Strawberries and Creme, Vanilla Milkshake, Chocolate Milkshake, and Multi-Purpose (for creative people who use protein powder in baking)! You can pre-order now for $39.99 per 2lb jar and it will ship out November 12th! ORDER NOW!!!
French toast can either be not so healthy... or very healthy! At your local iHOP... you can get the classic French Toast for a whopping 720 calories, 30 grams of Fat and 92 grams of carbs! :OOOO Sure it's okay to split that with your favorite person (or enjoy all on your own) in moderation, sometimes I crave French Toast ALOT! So I came up with this version that satisfies me, is protein packed, and I can top with Peanut Butter and Banana and still come up under 300 calories! Perfect to pair with some eggs, sausage, and juice for a great breakfast! Then I topped all the slices with JIF Maple Brown Sugar Whips Peanut Butter and Trader Joes Speculoos Cocoa Swirl Cookie butter along with banana slices!!! Glaze the plate with your protein glaze and syrup, microwave for 30 seconds to serve piping hot!
My obsession with Cellucor Protein Powder... well... take a look at my new haul-------------------------------------> I wanted to have all the flavors (in addition to my Corfetti Cake Batter and Red Velvet) and bodybuilding.com was having a sale on sample (4 serving per pack) sizes of Cellucor... so I got all the flavors I didn't already have! Cinnamon Swirl, Molten Chocolate, Strawberry Shake, Cookies and Creme, and Peanut Butter Marshmallow! Of course I had to use some... and BAM I whipped up these Protein Packed babies! Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein Cakes Recipe: DRY 1/4 Scoop Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix (BUY AT TARGET) 1/2 Scoop of Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein Powder 1/2 TBSP PB2 or Peanut Flour 1/2tsp Baking Powder Shake of Cinnamon 1 Stevia Packet (if desired) WET: 1 egg white or 3 TBSP Liquid Egg White 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp butter extract (optional) 2-3 TBSP Water Toppings: Peanut Butter (my bae), PB2, Cookie Butter, berries, bananas, WHATEVER fits :) Mix all ingredients together... add a few tablespoons of water to help mix. Heat griddle to medium heat and spoon batter in desired sized pancakes! Flip when golden brown (DON'T PRESS... takes away fluff!). Top with desired toppings and enjoy!!! MACROS FOR JUST PANCAKES 200 Cal- 2f, 18c, 26P SOO I did say I was obsessed with my Cellucor Protein Powder....SO HERE is some Red Velvet Cake Batter action! I also got in some Red Velvet Emulsion today...SO perfection! I already made pancakes... but I was cleaning out my kitchen and found my Ebelskiver maker! I remember Sarah (@saraherose3, sarahrosefitness.com) had made ebelskivers a while ago so I had an idea! Red Velvet Protein Ebelskivers! I edited my PB Marshmallow Protein Pancake recipe slightly in exchange for Red Velvet Cellucor, Red Velvet emulsion, and some almond milk! VOILA! THESE puppies! THERE ARE NO words for how amazing these turned out!!! My filling was fresh blueberries and I topped with melted JIF Maple and Brown Sugar Whips Peanut Butter, Trader Joe's Cocoa Swirl Cookie Butter, and Walden Farms Pancake Syrup #chemicalgains :)
You can fill and top with whatever... but I recommend PB for sure and some sort of fruit or chocolate for the middle! RED VELVET PROTEIN EBELSKIVERS Ingredients: Dry: 1/4C Kodiak Cakes Power Protein Pankcake Mix or Bisquick 1/2 Scoop Cellucor Red Velvet Protein Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda Shake of Cinnamon 1 packet of Stevia Wet: 46g Egg Whites (3 TBSP) 1 to 2 TBSP Almond Milk 1/8tsp Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion (Order on Amazon) Fillings/Toppings 14g Blueberries 6g(1/2 TBSP) JIF Maple Whips 7g (1/2TBSP) Trader Joes Cocoa Swirl Cookie Butter Walden Farms Pancake Syrup Mix or blend (I used my magic bullet) all dry ingredients first. Then add liquid ingredients and blend until fully mixed and a bright red color appears. Heat ebelskiver pan to medium heat. Spray with non stick spray or use coconut oil to ensure batter doesn't stick. Pour 1 TBSP of batter into each mold (I got 6). Place 2-3 blueberries per cake. Spoon remaining batter on top of each one cover berries. When golden brown (3-5mins), take a knife or fork and flip each cake over to cook other side. When that side is golden brown, take out and top with the Peanut Butter and syrup! Microwave for 30 seconds to melt PB topping and syrup and ENJOY! MACROS FOR EBELSKIVERS ONLY: 2f, 19c, 25p |
